The project is in a planning phase, but construction could start this year and be completed by 2028.<\/p>\n<p>H-E-B could hire another 500 workers by 2038 to work at the site. The project will be the company\u2019s largest investment in its manufacturing and supply-chain division,\u201d read the company\u2019s press release.<\/p>\n<p>H-E-B bought the land in 2018 and has invested $445 million at the Foster Road site, in which a dry distribution facility is located.
